Return Policy for Valu
At Valu we want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 100 day returns policy from the date you receive your order.
Conditions for returns:
Reflection period:
You have 100 days after receiving your order to register a return.
Condition of the product:
The product must be in unused and unopened condition, with the original packaging and tags intact. The item must not be damaged, washed or used. If the item shows a defect, please contact us for further instructions.
Return process:
To register your return, please send us an email at info.getvalu@gmail.com . Please include your order number and the reason for return.
You will then receive a return form and instructions for returning the product.
Postage costs:
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, unless the product is defective or an error on our part.
Refunds:
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. This may take several business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless it is an error on our part.
Exceptions:
Some products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This applies, for example, to products that come into direct contact with the skin (such as care products).
